Wrong Weather? Right Clothing
In the sunny location of Porto, Portugal, directional store Wrong Weather has been introducing locals to international designers since 2009, including A.P.C., Billionaire Boys Club, Christopher Kane, Clae, Common Projects, Lina Farrow, Uniform Wares, and Veja, to name a few.
Alongside the international brand mix, Wrong Weather have created their own range of contemporary menswear to offer their customers, which they are also making available to other stores.
The range includes vital separates in various colours, including tees and sweatshirts, as well as casual jackets, tailored shirting, ties, belts, wallets, organisers, and notebooks.
Handmade in Portugal, the collection features designs by illustrator Rita Roque, a swiss born, Portugal-based illustrator, to create a limited-edition range of printed t-Shirts & sweatshirts.
The artworks were inspired by the “Wrong Weather” concept combined with other linear symbolic designs, and the pastel background of the garments contrasts with the raw lines of the artworks in neon prints.
The new season’s range will be on display to buyers and press at Margin, the longest-running independent London trade exhibition, in August 2013. Renowned amongst key buyers and press as the launchpad for new brands, Margin has been providing an affordable platform for new brands since 2002.
