Printmonkey are a fresh and vibrant East London based t-shirt label with a love of contemporary graphic design.
Their designers have honed their art working for some of the most prestigious design studios in London, supplying to numerous global brands and have been gathered together to create highly wearable pieces for men and women.
Printmonkey operates fair-trade practices in every aspect of the process and aims, as the brand grows, to provide an outlet for other talented designers in need of a shop window. The introduction of these designers under Printmonkey’s direction and vision promises to keep the collection fresh, diverse and ambitious.
Inspired by the ethereal, their graphics draw from nature, space, the landscape, animals, decay, texture juxtaposed with geometric shapes, to name a few inspirations.
Based in Shoreditch, Printmonkey are also inspired daily by their surroundings – art on the walls, hidden back-street treasures, and the diverse style of the people around them.
The range is currently available via their website, but Printmonkey are reaching out to potential stockists by presenting their latest collection at Margin, the independent trade show exhibition in London for new brands.
Renowned amongst key buyers and press as the launchpad for new brands, Margin has been providing an affordable platform for new brands since 2002.
Men’s and women’s labels such as Lazy Oaf, Supremebeing, Eva Evanovitch, Sugarhill Boutique, Ruby Rocks, Diamond Supply Co, Ashley Marc Hovelle, King Apparel, My Yard, New Love Club, Your Eyes Lie, Seventyseven, Emily & Fin, and Long Clothing, all made their UK trade debuts at Margin, which celebrated 10 years of exhibitions in 2012.
